"My friends and I booked in for a nights stay. We had two rooms . Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm smile by the front desk staff . The ambience, service and food is very good and highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a getaway from the regular busy routine. The resort offered a lot of outdoor activities (although we couldn’t use any since it was raining) . I need make a special mention of Miss. Ajeena the guest services manager , she went extra mile to ensure that our stay was comfortable . She helped us check in and explained all the facilities available at the resort . Very friendly and professional . It’s hard to come across such staff . She’s truly an asset to Estell. Thank you Estell for a memorable stay , we will be back soon."

"This is our second visit to esthell and due to unavailablilty of rooms on Saturday, we postponed our plan to Sunday To stay at Esthell instead of plan to accommodate other resorts in Ecr, since the staffs are very good, friendly and helpful on all times.. This time I took my friend & his family and they were very much happy and enjoyed the day over there.. I specially thank Ajeena for helping from the day we entered and the next day of check out. Also an humble request to reconsider your policy of check in time from 2pm to 12 pm,, so we can spend some more time over there.. Overall an wonderful day we had and no interest to check out from there.. Thanks to management and all the lovely/caring staffs at Esthell.. Meet u all soon in next occasion.. "Hey, we are really thankful to the entire Esthell team. Special thanks to Ajeena sis for her wonderful support during our stay from start till end. 1) Welcome team is excellent. Reception team guided us well. 2) Location is great. Peaceful atmosphere for the vacation. We loved walking through the peaceful road inside Esthell. 3) Good for families. 4) Staffs are very polite and really helpful to us. 5) Good adventure rides there. But few are chargeable. 6) Swimming pool is too good. 7) Rooms are too good and we could relax well. Had all toiletries. AC worked well, Bed was clean. Had a sitting area outside the room to enjoy the evening. 8) Food was priced little above normal, but with the ambience, you would enjoy the food. Staff was really supportive. 9) Parking has good space . 10) Battery operated vehicle to move about to pick you and drop you back whenever, you need. The drivers are real good. They took us safe to the room. 11) We enjoyed the Spa. They were very professional and we loved it. Mr.Sreejith and the Therapist guided us well. 12) Check out process was very easy and pleasing. We will visit again for sure. Well done ESTHELL team."

"'Awesome' would be an under-rated term on sharing my experience at Esthell Village Resort. After browsing through over a dozen resorts online to spend a laid back weekend with my family, I ended up choosing Esthell Village Resort. Warmly greeted at the reception desk, we were quickly accommodated to our room by a battery car. Me & my wife had earlier browsed through the property photos online before booking and were impressed. The moment we entered the room, I was pretty sure that we were going to have a good time. The reason being that the room was exactly what we had seen in the site. My 12 year old son was so very excited with the activities around. Though he was under age to use the ATV, Paintball and sorts he was completely in awe with the large swimming pool, Videogames, Home theatre and indoor games room. Everything and anything at the resort was simply amazing. The food was out of the world and served promptly on time, the entire place was flawlessly clean, the staffs were very courteous and more than ready to keep us pampered. A few Special Mentions: • The chef amidst his busy schedule spent time with my son at the restaurant explaining the importance of ingredients used and ensured that he enjoyed the meal. • The front office staff, understanding that my wife was physically challenged ensured that no stone was left unturned to keep us comfortable. Thank you very much team Esthell in rendering such an amazing experience. We definitely look forward to be there again to unwind, rejuvenate and add more nostalgia for the future. Thank you so much. "Rooms are good. Staff is very helpful. One of the best swimming pool in Ecr. Kids pool needs more maintenance. Food is not that superb. Lot of space for a walk. You can get cycle for a ride inside the resort. All over very nice"
